Due to the recent COVID-19 lock downs, we are offering Remote IT Support services, with extended hours from 8:30am to 8:30pm Monday – Friday. Weekend and after hours appointments are also available upon request, and are subject to availability.

We offer a Remote Computer Support service for any IT issues. Our team of expert Technicians will instruct you on how to enable a remote session, so that we can quickly get working on your issue and have your technology working in no time.

Our team of fully trained and experienced computer technicians will instruct you on how to start a remote support session. We will then be able to quickly get working on your IT issues.

Your privacy is important to us, and we will do all that is in our power to protect your data while we are working on your system. We will never access any private areas of your computer, or ask you for any passwords (unless this is required to resolve your issue), and will be on the line with you talking through the resolution process.

We have Remote IT Support blocks available to those in need of help desk support. Even with a pay as you go IT support plan, you will have full help desk access, and also be issued with a customer portal login. With access to the portal, you will be able to log, update, reply to, and track IT Support requests.

We provide ad hoc remote IT support services in 15 minute sessions. This will give us enough time to diagnose, and in many cases resolve your issue. Should there be a requirement to replace a faulty piece of hardware, we will arrange for a technician to come to you with the required part when it is safe to do so. However, during the COVID-19 lock down, there may be a shortage of onsite services in your area.
