WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT OUR REMOTE COMPUTER SUPPORT

Most things can be fixed remotely, however if your device cannot connect to the internet then you’ll need a computer technician to pay you a visit.​ By calling us today we can schedule one of our technician to come right to your door. We offer same day services at no extra charge.

During your remote support consultation, you will be speaking with one of our qualified technicians. We will connect to your desktop, laptop (Windows or Mac) or even your device (Mobile or tablet), through the internet. We will use special software that will allow us to see and control your computer screen as you do. You will be able to see and speak with us at all times, and our technician will guide you through the resolution process.

If at any point you feel uncomfortable with the service, you can close the application. This will end the session and we will not be able to get access to your computer without speaking with you again.

At any point you can ask any questions you feel are relevant and we will be more than happy to answer them.

We will never ask for any passwords or look into any private areas of your computer unless you instruct us to do so. Once we end the remote session we will no longer have access to your computer.
