Please note that internet access is required to receive remote support. Not all issues can be resolved remotely (such as a hardware fault) and you will still be billed for the initial 15min remote session.

We provide an ad hoc remote IT support services in 15 minute sessions. This will give us enough time to diagnose, and in many cases resolve your issue. Should there be a requirement to replace a faulty piece of hardware, we will arrange for a technician to come to you with the required part. Technicians and replacement parts are usually deployed on the following business day (subject to availability).

Provided you have internet access, and your computer still loads up, we can assist you with the following:

Although we will endeavor to resolve your issues remotely, unfortunately there will be instances where your problem cannot be resolved such as a hardware failure, bad virus infection or setup of new equipment. If this is the case, you will be given the option to have a technician come out to you and continue the service.
